Nissens' AUTO Division strives to make a difference for our customers every single day. Therefore Nissens offers our customers a number of services designed to simplify work routines and to shorten delivery times - thus making it easier to be a Nissens customer.
 

First Fit
Everything needed for installation of a Nissens radiator is included in the package. All radiators come complete with caps, o-rings, screws, bolts, etc. for mounting, thus facilitating easy and unproblematic installation of the radiator. First Fit also means that one single type of radiator will fit into a number of different cars, which saves storage room and reduces the number of part nos.

24-hour delivery in Europe
All stock products ordered in Nissens' webshop can be delivered anywhere in Europe within 24 hours. This means that the customer does not need to stock much, but can place the order when the item in question is needed.

Depth of product range
Nissens is the only supplier in the market to cover more than 75% of the aftermarket for automotive cooling and climate. This means that we cover most of our customers' needs, allowing them to place their purchases in one place only, when it comes to radiator products.

Double-folded fins
In order to ensure the cooling capacity, even under extreme physical conditions, Nissens has for a number of years manufactured radiators with double-folded fins. These are much stronger than the more common single-folded fins, resisting dust, stones thrown up from the road etc. much better. This reduces the risk of damage which would affect the cooling capacity and engine performance negatively. The efficiency of this technology is evident from the fact that it is now utilised for racing car radiators, where even the slightest reduction in engine performance may constitute the difference between success and failure.

repairs
In certain cases where old or custom-made radiators are damaged, it may not be possible to find a replacement radiator. In such cases, Nissens offers to repair the damaged radiator, and we also manufacture radiators in special sizes for for instance vintage cars.

strong packaging
To ensure perfect functionality after shipping, Nissens utilises extra strong packaging. The radiator is fixed in the packaging in order to ensure that it reaches its destination unharmed, and should transport damage occur despite this, each piece of packaging is labelled with a complaint number which facilitates an easy path through Nissens' complaint system.
