Recruitment process

Nissens makes a great effort when hiring new employees. A typical recruitment process will proceed along the lines mentioned below:

Applications may be sent to Nissens by mail or by e-mail, and on the page 'Open positions' an on-line application form is available. 

After receiving the application, Nissens will send a written confirmation, and the application will be handled as soon as possible.  Depending on the position in question, one or two interviews will be held, and selected applicants will be invited. For certain positions, the interviews will be followed up by a personality test.

All applicants for advertised positions will be notified when the position is occupied. Applications for production positions are kept on file for three months, and unsolicited applications for salaried staff positions are kept on file for six months.

Nissens hires people for a variety of job types, and therefore the recruitment process may sometimes differ from the above description.
