Product and quality
| Nissens' organisational structure comprises two independent divisions: AUTO and OEM. The AUTO division develops, manufactures, and supplies automotive radiators and climate control products to the aftermarket, and the OEM division develops, manufactures, and markets complete thermal solutions for a wide range of applications, e.g. windmills, heavy machinery, material handling, forestry, farming, buses, and trucks. | ![]() |
| AUTO Division Nissens' AUTO division offers more than 10,000 different radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, heaters, condensers, dryers, evaporators and fans, as well as 2,500 cores. Throughout our extensive distribution channels, we can deliver practically any order within most of Europe in less than 24 hours, which significantly reduces the customer's need for storage capacity. At the same time, Nissens' First Fit System ensures that a number of the radiators fit in a wide range of car makes and models, which also caters for rationalisation benefits. OEM Division
Nissens' OEM division develops complete thermal solutions for a wide range of applications, e.g. windmills, heavy machinery, material handling, forestry, farming, buses, and trucks. These solutions comprise for instance oil coolers, charge air coolers, HP/HPC oil coolers, aftercoolers, and combicoolers.
Nissens' OEM division guarantees rapid, competent, and efficient development of both prototypes and complete solutions. The extensive know-how and R&D, combined with advanced production facilities, help ensure that our customers obtain the optimum solution at all times. Further information about R&D is available here.
Test Laboratory
Products from both the AUTO and OEM divisions are thoroughly tested at Nissens' own test lab before being released for the markets. The lab has all the facilities needed for testing quality, functionality, and durability. This is verified by measuring key elements such as cooling capacity, pressure strength, thermal strength, vibration resistance, and corrosion resistance. This ensures that all products perform at their best, and comply with given standards and specifications.
As the test facilities are also used for the development of new cooling systems, Nissens is always in a position to offer state of the art solutions.
