Governing law and venue
 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use of the Site shall be settled by the ordinary courts of Denmark, with the District Court in Horsens as the court of first instance.
