DURABLE, HIGH-PERFORMANCE RADIATORS
Nissens radiators are produced with sturdy, durable, high-performance core construction with advanced aluminum brazing technology.
Among several design features that ensure their suitability are cores equipped with double-folded fins that reinforce them against mechanical damage and increase the total heat-exchanging surface for more efficient cooling.
DURABLE, HIGH-PERFORMANCE RADIATORS
Nissens' radiators specially designed side panels with cuts or improved design of the radiator frame bolts ensure much higher flexibility of the radiator construction when exposed to the effects of thermal expansion.
DURABLE INTERCOOLERS
All Nissens truck intercoolers are custom welded, to ensure a solid and durable welding seam, which, together with an optimal core fin thickness, enhances the product’s durability and prolongs its lifespan.
EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE INTERCOOLERS
Nissens charge air coolers’ excellent cooling performance is secured by, among other factors, a compact fin construction with louvers and core tubes equipped with turbulators, resulting in better airflow and a larger surface to exchange the heat.
POWER OF TITANIUM IN TURBOS
Compressor wheels in Nissens’ turbo for specific truck models are made of titanium alloy instead of aluminum. The characteristics of the titanium make it possible to handle much higher loads without the risk of wheel deformation and outbalancing.
That is why compressor wheels made of titanium alloy are much stronger than their counterparts produced of aluminum. Furthermore, the titanium alloy offers much higher heat resistance and excellent protection against corrosion.

The Difference in Truck Racing
Extreme motorsport applications are the testimony to the supreme reliability of our products.
For years, Nissens’ heat exchangers have been used in different types of motorsport, including high-profile racing events across various vehicle segments and technologies, and recently, in extreme competitions such as truck racing.
Most truck racing teams in the highly demanding FIA European Truck Racing Championship use regular Nissens radiators, oil coolers, and intercoolers, ensuring their trucks’ excellent, and reliable cooling performance.
